1. Service
SoulCast is a mobile AI chat and roleplay client. Some capabilities can run locally; you may also connect third-party models or tools. Features are as provided in the App.
2. Account & use
- Provide lawful information and keep your device and credentials secure.
- Do not use the App for illegal, infringing, or disruptive activity.
- You are responsible for content you generate or import through the App.
3. Content & IP
IP in the App’s UI, marks, code, and docs belongs to the operator or respective owners. Character settings and chats you create or import remain your responsibility, subject to applicable law.
4. Third-party services
If you connect third-party models, APIs, or tools, their fees, availability, and data practices apply. We are not liable for their outages, errors, or policy changes.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is.” AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages.
6. Changes & termination
We may update these terms on this page. Material changes will be noted in-app or on the site when practical. You may stop using the App at any time; we may suspend or end the service when necessary.
